Our focus
How a decision about capital or ownership is built: whose interests it serves, which rights it moves, what obligations it creates, and where the people involved are working to different horizons.
Where a question needs sector knowledge, or legal, tax or regulatory expertise, we name it and say which specialist it belongs to.
How findings are checked
Claims and verified facts are kept apart. Every load-bearing statement is marked: supported by the cited evidence, partly supported, unverified, an estimate, or a hypothesis. The marking survives into what you read.
A conclusion must reflect uncertainty in the evidence it depends on. If one load-bearing claim is unverified, the conclusion above it is provisional.
We name the boundary of our competence. Where a question belongs to a licensed professional, we say so and name the question.
What we could not verify is written in the body. Not in a footnote, not omitted.
Selecting the tools
We check a component against the task it needs to perform: its outputs on representative material, source handling, access controls, data use, export options and operating limits. The selection is documented before the component is introduced.
A demo with citations is not verification. We do that check before a component enters your stack.
Our own system
Our own monitoring record begins on 5 June 2026. By 1 September it contains fifteen substantive reports, including follow-up reviews that challenged the initial findings. Each records its coverage, sources, open questions and the status of its conclusions.
The record also shows where we got things wrong. In August, a separate check overturned an inference we had drawn from the absence of a public announcement: the source could have remained silent under several different explanations. We withdrew the inference and documented the correction. Repeating a search had not made its result more informative.
This is an internal research system. Its record shows how the process is used and corrected; it does not establish what a client installation will achieve.
Who does the work
Aliaksei leads the architecture and most of the delivery, including the research, design and practical development of the work. Tetiana contributes on capital, ownership and the client’s decision context.
Each engagement names who is responsible for the work, which specialists are involved, what the client provides, and how the result will be reviewed and handed over.
When we are not a fit
If you need someone to tell you whether to buy or sell, we are the wrong people. If the decision is already made and you need a report to support it, we are not useful.
