Your company keeps its decisions. It loses the reasons.
Why the pricing is structured that way. Why you left a market and what would have to change to go back. Why a clause is in the standard contract, and which customer put it there. Why the thing you are about to try was tried before.
The decisions may be written down while the reasoning stays with a few people — some of whom have left. What nobody recorded and nobody remembers cannot be recovered. What people still remember can be collected, and new decisions can carry their reasoning from now on.
What you receive
A map of the decision. What is at stake in rights, money, time and position, not only in the numbers of the transaction.
What needs checking. Which claims need stronger evidence and what information is missing.
The questions to close before the step becomes irreversible — including the ones that belong to your lawyers, your tax advisers or your bank.
A written review you can use with other people. Built to be taken to partners, to the board, to advisers.
Formats and timing
Review of one decision · two weeks
One specific decision: a transaction you are being drawn into, an offer for the business, a partnership, a change of ownership structure. Short preparation on your materials, two to three hours one to one (online or in Lisbon), and the written review a few days later.
Strategic decision review · three to five weeks
For decisions larger than one conversation: entering or leaving a partnership, restructuring across jurisdictions, a transaction with long consequences, handing over management. A structured interview of about ninety minutes; analysis of your documents, ownership structure and obligations; a working session with you and, where it matters, your partners. Then the written review, and a short follow-up a month later.
Both reviews are complete on their own. Fees are fixed and agreed before we start.
Early-stage founders. Before a round or a partnership, a review can test whether the company’s story matches what the business can demonstrate: what exists today, what is still planned, and which assumptions to check before the next commitment.
If the same questions keep coming back
We can set up and maintain a system that keeps what your company knows about its own decisions and connects it to what changes outside. Which part comes first is agreed at the start.
Why we decided that. What a decision turned on, what was rejected, what would reopen it.
What we promised. Commitments to customers, partners and lenders, with the document and the date last checked. What cannot be traced is marked as untraced.
What we already tried. When, why it stopped, whether the reason still holds.
Before a negotiation. What this counterparty has said before, what was agreed, what was left open.
After a board meeting. Which questions were raised and dropped, what was assumed without examination.
When something changes outside. Your regulator, buyers, competitors and the technology your operations depend on, checked against named sources on an agreed schedule. You see which decision rested on the changed condition and which question is open again.
A consistent brief. Decision material prepared the same way each time, with confidence levels attached.
Setup is scoped separately. Ongoing support covers checking sources and workflows, refreshing records, reviewing signals and maintaining documentation, and is priced for an agreed scope. Licences, new integrations and larger changes are quoted separately. Aliaksei leads the architecture and delivery; where a project needs additional skills, specialists join under an agreed scope.
How we check a number
Before a number supports a decision, we trace it to the source: what was measured, when, in which population, and whether the source supports the statement. A sound figure can still answer the wrong question. Where the evidence does not support a claim, the review says so.
