Aliaksei is a strategy consultant, systems methodologist and foresight practitioner. He helps organisations make sound decisions when the object is complex, the future is uncertain and the initial brief does not yet capture the real problem.
At the core of his practice is the role of a methodologist and architect of transitions. He reconstructs complex decision problems, distinguishes evidence from assumptions, explores how the operating context may evolve, and designs paths from present constraints towards viable future operating models. His work connects strategic foresight and scenario planning with organisational development, evaluation, knowledge architecture and decision support.
At SynaptiQ, Aliaksei leads long-horizon strategy, scenario work, organisational and knowledge-system design, and the upstream stages of digital and AI transformation. He helps clients clarify the business and organisational logic before specifying technology, identify which knowledge and processes need to become machine-readable, and test critical assumptions through lightweight prototypes. When more substantial implementation is justified, he translates the validated strategic logic into a clear brief for specialist technology partners.
His wider practice spans private, institutional and civil-society clients, including family offices, professional-services firms, international organisations and programmes, and teams navigating political, technological or organisational change. Alongside SynaptiQ, he is the founder of the Center for Foresight & Futures Studies and works as an independent evaluation and strategy expert with IMACON Consulting Group.
